All products purchased during our clearance or promotional sales are final sale. This means no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.✅ Returns for Damaged Items Only
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Photo or video proof of the damage must be sent to our customer service team at info@bonawearing.com.
- After verification, we will authorize the return process.
- Important: The return shipping cost and any payment gateway charges (e.g., card/PayPal/transfer fees) will be borne by the customer.

We urge all customers to carefully review the size guide before placing an order. During this clearance sale, no size-based exchanges or returns will be allowed. - Include your order number and clear images/videos of the damaged product.
- Once verified, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back at your expense using a reliable courier.
- Refund (if approved) will be issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
